A Look At Frank Clark's Film

Image
Hello everyone and welcome to my first ever film article! Today I'll be looking at Frank Clark. My aim in this new article is to try to explain you how Frank improved after his first season in the NFL, with not only film but some pictures as well. The plays you'll see will be sacks and forced fumbles, in the future I'll be looking to implement plays where the player made an impact on the play that won't show up on the stats. I want to start this article out by giving you some background on Frank Clark. Frank was, as you all know, drafted two years ago in the second round (#63). He came into the NFL after a successful college career at Michigan where he racked up 4.5 sacks, 42 total tackles (29 solo and 10 assists) with 13 tackles for loss in just 10 games. However he failed to replicate that form in his first year in the NFL where he had one forced fumble, 3 sacks and 15 total tackles. This past year though Frank Clark looked like a different guy out there. He ha...

Budda Baker - An In-Depth Scouting Report

Image
READ : I know some of you have issues watching the highlights so I compiled them and posted them on YouTube :  https://youtu.be/SK3zlCMNcwA Hey guys I'm back and today I present to you my first in depth(ish) scout report on Budda Baker, I have (wayyy) more videos and some more pictures. I'll try to tell you guys what formations fit him and once again I'd like to thank @BendixenNFL for helping me organise my thoughs and ideas! Budda Baker is 5ft10 192lb meaning he's small and not as strong as most safeties in this draft, for example Malik Hooker is 6ft2 205lb making him more of a target to some teams than Baker, it's rumored that Hooker will go in the 1st round (probably top 15-25) while Baker is seen more as a second option, obviously they're both great athletes but how do they fare on the field? Well, I don't know about Hooker, yet ;). But I can tell you about Baker! Budda played all 14 college games and racked up a total of 71 tackles (49 solo,...

Why Jimmy Graham got snubbed out of the Comeback POTY Award

Image
Hello guys, before I give y'all my opinion on this topic I wanted to share with you guys that I have one and a half season of experience of the NFL so any feedback and opinion would be greatly appreciated! Alright, let's get to it. Jimmy Graham got injured on week 12 of last season, he sustained a ruptured patellar tendon injury that was dubbed as "sneaky career ending injury", there were several reports that Graham would probably never be the same and that his future was uncertain.  Looking at his stats this season Graham averaged 14.2 yards per catch, had 6 touchdown catches and had 65 receptions to accumulate a total of 923 yards. Not bad for a player coming back from a very dangerous injury right? You know what makes this even more impressive? Jimmy came out last week saying he "barely practiced during the week" focusing only on  " being ready for the games .". Now let's have a look at Jordy's great season and compa...
